The #fightingptsdvicpol campaign has been raising awareness for PTSD and mental health issues for our Victoria Police members and retired veterans for over 4 years now.
During this time we have been promoting the benefits of exercise to help ourselves feel better and to get the endorphins active.
We have been entering many events and wearing the campaign clothing to help promote a conversation of mental health and seeking assistance.
For the past 2 years we have been an active Ambassador for the Portsea Running Festival and again this year we will be involved in the 3rd Portsea Running Festival which will be a Virtual event due to Covid 19.
The date for this event is from 10th October to 25th October 2020
