Mornington Running Festival supporting #fightingptsdvicpol campaign
The #fightingptsdvicpol campaign has always been about spreading awareness for #PTSD and #vicpol members.
One of the ways we can help reduce stress, anxiety is to take time out and exercise.
Scott from the Mornington Running Festival has invited our campaign to sign up and enter the 10km run to help promote our campaign. With this offer we will have our own start wave prior to the other 10km runners.
The Mornington Running Festival will be held on Sunday the 23rd of September 2018.
I would love to have many supporters and runners sign up for this event wearing our campaign clothing.
Also available is a 5km run or a half marathon 21.1 kms distance race.
