Glenn “Dutchy” Holland APM
Glenn has dedicated more than two decades to Victoria Police, serving across frontline and investigative roles while mentoring countless officers.
Honoured with the Australian Police Medal in 2022, he is widely respected for his leadership and commitment to mental health reform.
In 2015, Glenn founded the Fighting PTSD VicPol campaign, raising significant funds to support treatment programs, and now drives Protecting the Protectors to secure immediate care for officers facing post-traumatic stress injury. His tireless advocacy continues to influence policing culture and ensure that those who protect others receive the support they deserve.

Belinda Bozykowski B.Bus (Adv) (Hons)., B.Mid
Belinda grew up in her family’s award-winning Polish restaurant and accommodation business on Tamborine Mountain, where she developed a strong foundation in business and marketing—experience that brings significant value to the PTP Board. She is also a Registered Midwife in Melbourne.
Following the loss of her partner, Senior Constable Laurie Fox, in 2012, Belinda transformed her grief into purpose, becoming a powerful advocate for suicide prevention and mental health awareness within policing and helping to break down stigma. In 2020, she shared her story through Victoria Police’s viral Beyond the Call campaign, reaching audiences worldwide and winning many media awards.
Belinda proudly serves on the Protecting the Protectors Board, where she combines professional expertise with compassion to drive meaningful change and inspire hope.
